Synopsis Oksu-dong, the location of a popular TV drama The Moon over Seoul during the mid-1990s is one of the well-known shanty hillside neighborhoods in Seoul which was rapidly transformed during the redevelopment boom into the most expensive apartment town. Meanwhile, the last redevelopment project in the Oksu District 13 is currently in construction. During the winter of 2013, a man who grew up in Oksu-dong visits the Oksu District 13 redevelopment site.

He graduated from the Korea National University of Arts, School of Drama where he studied theatrical directing. After finishing school, he directed his film Oksu-dong in 2013.
